Non-Delivery of Services: If BRANOTSS TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD  fails to deliver the agreed-upon services within the specified time frame and is unable to provide an alternative solution.

Dissatisfaction with Services: If the Client is not satisfied with the quality of the services provided, subject to the conditions outlined in Section 3.

3. Conditions for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, the Client must meet the following conditions:

The Client must notify BRANDOTSS TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD  in writing of the issue within 2-3 Days.

The Client must provide detailed reasons for their dissatisfaction or request for a refund, along with any relevant documentation or evidence.

BRANOTSS TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD  will review the request and, at its discretion, determine whether a refund is warranted.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following circumstances are not eligible for a refund:

Changes in project requirements or scope after the project has commenced.

Delays caused by the Client, including failure to provide necessary information, feedback, or approvals in a timely manner.

Services that have already been completed and delivered to the Client.

5. Refund Process

If the Client meets the conditions for a refund, BRANOTSS TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD  will process the refund within 5-7 days. The refund will be issued using the same method of payment originally used by the Client.
